Nice place to stay a while, resting and eating. Behind Central Station there is a wide boulevard along the water with many benches. And a huge view over the water

Nice place to stay and regular ferries. Only the Busses on the Eye side ride in half an hour tact, which should be more in one hour to reach the Yotel.

Beautiful lake next to the train station. Its quite busy but its amazing and in the middle of the city. Loads of fisherman and an amazing place to be.

Had a nice walk along the Sumatrakade from Java Eiland, along IJ Eiland, to KNSM Eiland. Walked primarily along the quays on the IJ side, which can be a little bit boring at times, architecturally speaking, but then, we're here for the view across the IJ, right? With Amsterdam Noord just across the water, with Damen shipyards at the water front on the other side, the ferry shuttling back and forth, the little island in the middle of it all, there is always something to see. Recommended for a nice early evening walk.
